 Synergy Machining Services (SMS) will meet or exceed customer requirements by establishing documented Quality Management System and setting quality objectives and continually improving and monitoring the effectiveness of the Quality Management System including processes, products, and services of SMS. SMS commits to comply with all requirements internally, customer, legal and applicable regulatory requirements, including all API standard under the scope of SMS QMS and any other requirements related to them 

Synergy is an API Q1  certified facility. The QMS includes, quality manual (QM), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Quality Procedure (QP), Work Place Instruction(WPI), and forms. With the help of Synergy ERPMFG software, every manufactured parts has a full traceability, form purchasing,  raw material to the time parts are at the customer location.  

Synergy is ISO 9001-2015 certified facility. The QMS includes, quality manual (QM), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Quality Procedure (QP), Work Place Instruction(WPI), and forms. Synergy has all the necessary measuring equipment to ensure all products with complex design are inspected to customer requirements.

 synergy has developed a state-of-art  ERP Manufacturing system. The system will ensure the full traceability of every parts manufacturing at Synergy. 

The ERP system consists of HR, Customer, Production, Maintenance, Quality and Supplier Module.
